Q: do you offer payment plans?
A:FOR PORTRAIT SESSIONS, PAYMENT IS SPLIT IN HALF. 50% DUE AT BOOKING AS THE RETAINER FEE AND 50% DUE 1 WEEK BEFORE THE SESSION DATE AS FINAL PAYMENT. PAYMENT MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE YOUR SESSION DATE OR I AM NOT LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE TO SHOW UP PER MY CONTRACT.
FOR WEDDINGS I SPLIT THE PAYMENTS INTO FOUR 25% PAYMENTS. THE FIRST PAYMENT BEING DUE AT BOOKING AND LAST BEING DUE 1 MONTH BEFORE THE WEDDING DATE. FOR BOUDOIR I OFFER CUSTOM PAYMENT PLANS DEPENDING ON YOUR PACKAGE SELECTION
Q: are retainers refundable
A: RETAINERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. THE RETAINER GOES TOWARDS THE AMOUNT YOU OWE BUT IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL OUR SESSION TOGETHER THE MONEY IS NOT REFUNDED. THE RETAINER SECURES YOUR SPOT ON MY CALENDAR!
Q: when will I get my finished gallery
A: I PROVIDE SNEAK PEEKS WITHIN 48 HOURS. FOR A PORTRAIT SESSION THE TURN AROUND TIME IS UP TO 3 WEEKS AND FOR A WEDDING THE FULL GALLERY TURN AROUND TIME IS UP TO 6 WEEKS. YOUR GALLERY COULD DEFINITELY BE DELIVERED BEFORE THEN DEPENDING ON MY WORKLOAD AND HOME LIFE
Q: HOW DO YOU BACKUP OR OTHERWISE SECURE IMAGES FOR PROTECTION?
A: DURING ANY SESSION I HAVE 2 SD CARDS IN MY CAMERAS AT ALL TIMES. BOTH WRITING THE SAME IMAGES SO THAT IN CASE ON SD CARD CORRUPTS THE OTHER CARD HAS THE SAME IMAGES ON IT. AS SOON AS I GET HOME FROM A SESSION I BACK THE IMAGES UP TO A EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE AND ALSO A CLOUD BASED SERVER.THESE IMAGES ARE KEPT THERE INDEFINITELY. I KEEP THE IMAGES ON THE SD CARDS UNTIL THE FULL GALLERY IS DELIVERED.
Q: can we see any previous wedding galleries?
A: Absolutely! Just ask me and I can send a few over!
Q: what is your approach to handling low light situations
A: I am experienced with photographing in all different lighting situations, especially on a wedding day! When in low light I always use a flash, which I am experienced with as well
Q: how do i book?
A: inquire with me here on my website and we can chat all the details of your big day, once you are ready just let me know which collection you want to go with and I will send over a customized proposal. This proposal includes a contract that protects us both and your invoice, to secure your date I require a 25% non refundable deposit
Q: how do you handle family group photos
A: This can be a nightmare on wedding days if non handled correctly! I will have you provide a family photo groupings list before the big day so that when the time comes for family photos we can just call out names and make it speedy fast!
