Oh HAYY! I'm Katie, the owner and photographer of KD Hunt Photography. I am 30! (shew, where has the time gone?), I am married to the love of my life and we have 2 beautiful boys! We live in Greesnboro, NC. Aside from working my photography business full time, I love spending time with my family! I also love reading romance books because i'm a sucker for a good love story, I guess thats why I love photographing weddings? I love traveling and going to new places. Most of all I love good food!!
I have been a photographer for 2 years now! I consider myself to be a mix of documentary and editorial styled because I love the raw candid moments but I also loved posed photos! Nothing wrong with getting the best of both worlds right? Wedding photography is my absolute FAVORITE! Getting to be around so much love all the time is truly such a blessing. I am an empath so feeling the love from the couples I photograph really helps me to portray that in my photos.
Last year we built a studio in our backyard and that was truly a dream come true! Having that space to create in is truly magical. I also allow other photographers to rent it our for their clients sessions as well so its very fulfilling getting to share that space as well.
