From our first conversation to the final gallery delivery, every part of the experience is designed to help you feel confident, comfortable, and free to be fully present on your wedding day. I'll handle the details, guide when needed, and document the moments that matter most as they naturally unfold.
From timeline guidance to gentle direction in front of the camera, every part of the process is intentionally designed to help you feel confident, comfortable, and fully present on your wedding day.
No two weddings are the same, and I don't believe your photography experience should be either.
Instead of fitting your day into a predetermined number of hours, I focus on understanding what matters most to you—whether that's quiet moments with family, emotional first looks, an unforgettable dance floor, or every detail you've spent months planning.
Together, we'll build a photography experience around your priorities so your story is documented fully and honestly.
Before timelines, shot lists, or logistics, I want to learn about you.
We'll hop on a call and talk about your relationship, your vision for the day, and what moments matter most to you. This helps me photograph your wedding in a way that feels personal, intentional, and uniquely yours.
You'll never be left wondering what's next.
From planning resources and vendor recommendations to timeline guidance and questionnaire reviews, I'm here to help simplify the process and keep everything moving smoothly so you can focus on enjoying your engagement.
When your wedding day arrives, my focus shifts entirely to you.
I'll gently guide you through portraits, keep the timeline flowing, and quietly document the moments unfolding naturally around you. The result is a collection of images that feels both elevated and honest—capturing not only how your day looked, but how it felt.

“Booking Katie was the easiest decision we made. From our engagement session to our wedding day, she made us feel comfortable, confident, and fully ourselves.
She guided us through nerves, handled unexpected moments with grace, and gave us space to truly be present.
Our photos are candid, emotional, and timeless — we cried the moment we opened our gallery. Choosing Katie was never a question.”

"Katie is truly one of a kind. From our very first shoot, she made us feel confident, at ease, and completely ourselves. Her energy, passion, and talent are unmatched, and the images she captured quickly became some of our most cherished memories. We knew immediately she was the photographer we wanted by our side, and we cannot imagine anyone else documenting our lives. Booking Katie was the best decision we made."

During the ceremony, I will capture key moments such as the bride walking down the aisle, the exchange of vows and rings, emotional in between moments and the first kiss.
I will typically move on to taking photos of the bridal party. This includes shots of the bridesmaids, groomsmen, and any other family members or friends who are part of the wedding party.
If you have chosen to do a first look, this is usually done at least 2 hours before the ceremony. This is a great opportunity for me to capture some intimate and romantic shots of the couple alone.
I typically arrive 3-4 hours before the ceremony to capture getting ready shots of the bride and groom, as well as any details such as the dress, shoes, rings, and flowers.
If the couple is doing a formal exit, such as a sparkler send-off, the photographer will typically stick around to capture those final shots.
During the reception, the photographer will capture shots of the decor, speeches, first dance, and other important moments.
I put together a Pinterest board and invite you to collab. This includes all the inspiration for your wedding photos so I nail it the first time.
The photographer will typically take formal family portraits. It's important to create a shot list beforehand to ensure that all the necessary family members are included.
When the wedding day arrives, my focus isn't watching the clock—it's telling your story. Whether that means staying a little longer to capture an unexpected moment or adjusting the timeline when life happens, I approach the day with flexibility and intention so your gallery reflects the full heart of your celebration, not just a set number of hours.
You'll never be left guessing. From timeline guidance and location recommendations to family photo planning and wedding day advice, I'm here every step of the way. Together, we'll create a plan that allows you to be fully present while ensuring the moments that matter most are documented beautifully.
Before we talk timelines or logistics, I want to learn about you. Your story, your priorities, and what matters most on your wedding day. This is where we make sure we're the perfect fit and begin building a relationship that feels more like a friendship than a transaction.
From the moment you inquire to the moment your gallery arrives, my goal is simple: to help you feel seen, supported, and completely present. Every part of the experience is designed with intention so you never have to wonder what's next, feel awkward in front of the camera, or worry about missing the moments that matter most.
